What you are buying

A seat in the 100K.FAN stadium is a digital product. When your payment succeeds you receive, immediately and automatically: a seat number that is issued to you and to nobody else, the display name you chose shown on that seat, and a permanent public page for it at 100k.fan/seat/{number}. Every buyer receives the same product in the same way. There is no physical item, no shipment, and nothing to collect.

What “permanent” means

Your seat number is never reissued. Once it is yours it is removed from the pool for good, and no later buyer can be given it — including if you request a refund, in which case the seat is released but the number still retires with you.

A promise to run a website forever would not be one we could keep, so we do not make it. We commit to operating 100K.FAN and serving your seat page for at least five years from your date of purchase. If we ever intend to stop before then, we will give you at least 90 days’ notice by email and publish an export of every seat, its number and its name, so the record outlives the site.

The name on your seat

You choose the display name and may change it as described on your seat page. Names pass an automatic check and we may refuse or remove one that impersonates another person, is unlawful, or is abusive. If we remove a name the seat and its number remain yours.

What a seat is not

A seat carries no ownership, equity, revenue share, or claim of any kind. It is not an investment, a security, a token, or a fundraising contribution, and it cannot be resold or transferred through us. It grants no rights in relation to any player, club, or federation.

100K.FAN is not affiliated with or endorsed by any player, club, or federation. The names on our roster identify who a seat supports; nothing more is implied.

Refunds

See our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Because the product is delivered immediately on payment, if you are a consumer in the EU or UK you will be asked at checkout to agree to that immediate delivery and to acknowledge that doing so ends your 14-day right to withdraw.
