What we collect, and why

Your email address, so we can send your sign-in link and your receipt. It is never shown on the site and we do not sell it or send marketing to it.

Your country, as a two-letter code read from your browser’s language setting. It drives the country standings. It is not your location — we do not collect, store, or infer where you are.

The name on your seat, and optionally a photo and an X handle. These are public. Showing them is the product: a seat with a name on it is the thing you bought.

Payment details are handled entirely by our payment provider and never reach our servers. We never see your card number.

What is public

Seat numbers, the names on them, the countries beside them, and any photo you upload are visible to everyone. Your email address is not.

Photos

Uploaded images are checked automatically before they appear, and we may remove one that is unlawful or abusive. Removing a photo never affects your seat or its number.

Where it lives

Our servers are in Germany. Backups are encrypted.

Getting a copy, a correction, or a deletion

Email hello@100k.fan and we will do it. One honest caveat: deleting your account does not put your seat number back into circulation — numbers retire permanently, which is a property of the stadium rather than a record we keep about you.
